At 22, Christine grew a $1.2 million retail business for Whistler Blackcomb to over $4 million in three seasons and managed a team of sixty. As Whistler Blackcomb`s youngest manager and Intrawest`s youngest director, Christine redefined "pushing the envelope" on service and employee experience, winning several National Awards for her leadership and service programs. In 2007, Christine left Intrawest to join the leadership team of Boutique Hotels & Resorts of BC as the Director of Culture & People Development. Christine oversaw the people operations aspect of six hotel openings during her tenure there.

In 2009, Christine founded Impact People Practices, an innovative consulting firm located in Squamish BC, the Recreation Capital of Canada. The firm specializes in working with small to medium sized organizations or departments within larger organizations who care passionately about the link between employee experience, customer care and business results.

Adding to her entrepreneur portfolio in 2011 Christine founded what has now become Canada`s most innovative Social Workplace Summit, Impact99. Each year over 200 senior business & HR leaders gather to focus on how to create more engaged workplaces in a digital era.

Christine is the recent recipient of the 2013 prestigious Women of Worth Organization`s "Leader of the Year" award.
