Taylor Buonocore Guthrie has elevated connection and collaboration for 500+ events, teams and boards worldwide. She is a leading speaker on human connection and experience design. Her clients include large organizations like The Rockefeller Foundation, Bristol Myers Squibb, FEMA, and Meta, to small but mighty non-profit Boards and everything in between. She works with a variety of event and media industry leaders including BizBash, Informa, Shepard, The Atlantic and others.

After beginning her career with Mercer, a leading consulting firm, with a focus on leadership development and talent assessment, Taylor was soon recruited for a variety of leadership and advisory roles around the world. She held an advisory role with mining giant, Rio Tinto, based in Mongolia. Later, she led partnership for the private-equity backed NGO, Born Free Africa, building a team with Kenya's Ministry of Health. Alongside the United Nations, Taylor co-hosted Victoria Beckham's advocacy visit to Kenya in 2019.

Taylor has been called "a rare combination of ideas and action" -- a set of qualities she strives to embody with every engagement. Her experiences with executives, teams, and toddlers and celebrities have made her exceptionally agile as facilitator, speaker and problem solver. As an advisor to The Rockefeller Foundation, Taylor contributed to the development of the Foundation's convening design methodology alongside former members of IDEO. She designed dozens of convenings for the Foundation's Bellagio Institute, which convenes global leaders to leverage network learning to tackle pressing global challenges.

Taylor is part of LifeLabs Learning's facilitation team. She's led hundreds of workshops for dozens of teams on coaching, feedback and productivity skills. This role offers an inside look at scientific research alongside what leading companies are doing today.

Taylor is married to a multi-passionate guy and has two daughters, ages 6 and 8, who often play assistant to their entrepreneurial mom. She finds creative inspiration in nature, in the children's books she reads to her kids, gazing out the window on a flight, and - notably - by engaging strangers in conversation.
