From the outside, Brad looks like an average guy. In his 20’s, he earned a Masters degree in Physical Therapy, treating patients across the spectrum of orthopedic/neurological diagnoses and speaking nationwide. In his 30’s, he earned an MBA, wrote 3 books, moved into a VP of Operations role and worked to expand upon his clinical & leadership skills (while continuing to treat patients and speak nationally). In his 40’s, he became CEO of US Corporate Wellness, Co-founder of the Catalyst Coaching Institute, wrote a 4th book & was generously identified by several publications as the World’s Fittest CEO. Now in his 50’s, he continues his CEO role and will complete his PhD in early 2020. His research focuses on functional mental toughness (fMT) and how it can be utilized to optimize any pursuit. Along the way, he’s fallen deeper in love with his bride of 27 years, treasured being Dad to 3 incredible kids, secured 2 US Patents, completed 11 Ironmans (including 4 times at the World Championship in Kona), won the Race Across America, been featured in a film, had his research published in an international journal and spoken professionally in all 50 states plus Germany, Ireland and the UK to a wide range of organizations.

“I realized this weekend that I’m sitting in the driver’s seat and (the) road I travel is up to me. Thank you for opening my eyes and pointing me to the steering wheel.”
“I have worked with well over 200 speakers in the past 12 years. Many times speakers are moved to the speaking profession through personal tragedy, triumph, or spiritual enlightenment. Then there are those who are drawn to the profession by raw talent.
Brad is gifted as a great communicator. His speaking style is clean and free from personal issues or agendas and he inspires the audience. I see him becoming the next Mark Sanborn.”
